List of requirements:

Accepted file formats:

• PDF (version 1.3 – composite, PDF/X-1a)
• TIFF (CMYK)

Offset printing requirements:

• Raster images must be in CMYK color profile.
• All layers must be merged into one for TIFF and PSD files.
• All fonts must be converted to curves or embedded in the file.
• The safe margin from the trim line should be at least 2 mm inward to prevent important elements from being cut off.
• Raster images must have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at the required size.
• The bleed area should be at least 2 mm around the entire perimeter of the design.
• The total color coverage of images should not exceed 270%.
• Black for text (fonts) – CMYK: 0/0/0/100.
• Black for backgrounds and fills – CMYK: 60/60/50/100.
• Print files should be prepared using InDesign for PC.

Embossing and hot foil stamping requirements:

• Accepted file formats: Adobe Illustrator (*.ai, .eps), Adobe PDF (.pdf).
• Raster images are not allowed.
• Minimum line thickness for printing – 0.15 mm. If the logo or other elements contain closely spaced lines, their thickness and the spacing between them must not be less than 0.25 mm.
• Minimum line thickness for embossing – 0.10 mm.
• Minimum line thickness for hot foil stamping – 0.15 mm.
• All fonts must be converted to curves for *.ai and *.eps files.
• The safe margin from the trim line should be at least 5 mm inward.
• The bleed area should be at least 2 mm around the entire perimeter of the design.
